ETM 5341 - Leadership Strategies for Technical Professionals
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the ETM program or consent of instructor. Leadership strategies, principles, styles and dynamics that must be understood by technical professionals engaged in the creation of products, processes, and services in technology-based organizations.

This course is a one-credit hour course offered over 5 weeks in the middle of the semester and counts as an elective in the MSETM program and the Certificate in ETM. The MSETM curriculum requires a minimum of 3, one-credit-hour electives. Note that if students take more than three, they should plan to take others in multiples of three.
