Prerequisite(s): Admission to the MSETM program or consent of instructor. Techniques and tools for project definition, staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and time estimation. Behavioral and quantitative dimensions of project management. Performance measures of project progress and completion.

Advisor’s Comments:  
This course is a one-credit hour course offered over five weeks during the last third the semester and counts as an elective in the MSETM program and the Certificate in ETM.  The MSETM curriculum requires a minimum of 3, one-credit-hour electives.  Note that if students take more than three, they should plan to take others in multiples of three.
